Telemarketing Job Description:

1- Delivering scripted talks that describe the company’s products or services, a political talking point or charity appeal to persuade potential customers or donors

2- Explaining products and product prices

3- Answering customer information about products, a charity, or political beliefs

4- Obtaining customer information such as name and address for shipping products or delivering services

5- Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future

6- Following up on previous customers for potential sales

7- Maintaining records of customer contacts

8- Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers

Requirements:

• Experience (1 – 3 Years) in Telemarketing\Call Center field, preferable with experience in IT field.

• Excellent command of English.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Motivated for Telemarketing.

• Customer-oriented.

• Ability to work under pressure, meet, and exceed targets.

• Keep attention to details.
